IE Gojaman — Workplace Policy

1. Purpose
This Workplace Policy outlines the standards, expectations, and principles that guide professional conduct, communication, health and safety, and workplace culture at IE Gojaman. Our goal is to maintain a productive, respectful, and safe environment for all team members.
2. Code of Conduct
- Employees must act with integrity, responsibility, and professionalism at all times.
- Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Confidential business or client information must not be disclosed or misused.

4. Working Hours and Attendance
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with one-hour lunch break).
- Punctuality is expected. Absences or delays must be reported to a supervisor in advance.
- Flexible work arrangements may be considered when aligned with business needs.
5. Health and Safety
- IE Gojaman maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Employees must follow all health and safety instructions and report hazards immediately.
- During site visits or equipment handling, protective measures must be followed.
6. Use of Company Resources
- Company equipment (laptops, phones, email, internet) must be used responsibly and for business purposes only.
- Unauthorized sharing of internal files or third-party software use is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Employees must safeguard all sensitive and proprietary information, including client data and internal records.
- Personal data must be handled according to the company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8. Dress Code
Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance, especially during meetings, site visits, or any public representation of the company.
9. Conflict of Interest
Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company responsibilities. Any potential conflict must be disclosed to management.
10. Disciplinary Action
Violations of this policy may result in verbal or written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
11. Reporting Concerns
Employees are encouraged to report any concerns about unethical behavior, harassment, or safety without fear of retaliation. Concerns will be addressed confidentially and appropriately.
12. Policy Updates
IE Gojaman may revise this policy to reflect legal changes or organizational improvements. All staff will be informed of updates promptly.
